The brief here involved improving the quality of a kitchen and dining space for a growing family.
The concept of a cranked roof enabled us to maximise available height whilst working within permitted development rules and avoiding collision with existing windows. Aesthetic touches included an exposed steel beam, exposed interior London Stock bricks and and arched window. The project obtained approval via the Permitted Development Larger Homes planning legislation.
