This delightful abode extension and thorough refurbishment project is designed and built inhouse by Pencil and Brick. Located in the Walthamstow area, the scheme included a loft (master bedroom and ensuite, and boiler room), and a ground floor rear extension to enlarge the kitchen and dining area.
